i Saw an ISAW and its DeLiciotic!

Once upon a time there was a,, ahmm…

oH-yeah isaw!
Obviously its a StreetFood in the Philippines.

oooh! I Love Philippines!
Street Food is more fun in the Philippines! oh-yes i just wanna say that.
ISAW! It could be grilled Chicken intestine or grilled Pork intestine.. which happens to be an animal meat organ barbecued.
oooh! carnivores…. hahah!

Because i Loved it! Certified Deliciotic! And Guess What? Here’s A tip!

ISAW and not only FRIED FROG is a strange food that you will find on street stalls, i think everywhere in the philippines,
But!!
iF you want to be satisfied with the taste of ISAW well, you gotta be on the street while eating it, yeah while everyone stares and watching how will you eat and swallow it,, nah i’m not that bastard, i’m just telling the right way,the truth about it, base on what my experience is.
You gotta eat it on street not just because it was tag as a street food, but theres a thing though that cannot be explained while eating this type of food on street, rather than eating it safe on your own house.

Actually, a friend of mine which is Gleasser, i forgot his surname, maybe if he read this he’ll probably kill me…hahah He’s my past co-crew on  a fastfood chain, we’ve worked on a Well known “PearlShake Drink Company”  and he’s a Marketing student that time. He was the person who showed and told me the ways on how to eat this “Isaw” . He has this own preparations and ways on how to it Isaw.

The most wierdest thing? Well, heres how he do it! THE GLEASSER WAY! dont worry it was just two!

#1 Gleasser in front of our store, walking outside then he’s gonna buy 1stick of ISAW –product by Jonel, the vendor which is our friend too. He’s gonna dip that to the prepared sauce  ”mix vinegar-soysauce-chili-pepper”  and guess what?  he’s gonna eat that while walking and staring at all people pass by. If you could only imagine the way how he eat that isaw… he was like flirting with every people walking there ..hahah

#2 Gleasser inside our store with me. He’s gonna buy 6-to-10 sticks of Isaw , then he’ll put it on a plate minus the stick, it looks like spaghetti actually –then he’s gonna pour the sauce like toppings. He’s a rice eater, You know he can eat 3plates of rice partnered with Isaw.

So, there i suggest eat Isaw on the street. You know, the pleasure of something is connected also to the placing— i say placing, because its the same thing as putting something where it belongs to.

—–if you still wondering, Well for me its the satisfaction that i get.
its the same thing as smoking on public, if i well -pointed out!
